Documents are transported from your site to Better Shred in trucks outfitted with GPS monitoring systems. Documents are housed in a locked facility and monitored 24/7 under video surveillance.

Better Shred is compliant with current federal regulations that were enacted to protect consumer privacy and prevent identity theft, including:

Capability:
Better Shred has the capacity to shred sensitive documents to 5/16 of an inch compliant with federal regulations.

Turn-around Time:
In most cases, Better Shred can provide a 24-48 hour turn-around on a typical shredding project. Pending shredding, sensitive documents are kept under lock and key with video surveillance 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Upon completion of the project, a Certificate of Destruction is issued to the customer.

Staffing:
Individuals working in the shredding operation are supervised by a staff of seasoned and bonded employees, guaranteeing clients the best possible service and document care. A thorough background check is conducted on all employees prior to employment
